At Chinel Home Care, we believe that our strength lies in the people we hire. In forming our team of caregivers, personal care attendants and home care attendants, we conduct a thorough screening of applications as far as experience and training are concerned.
However, on top of competencies, we look for compassion. Over and over again, we found that the essence of home care is in “helping others”. The desire to help cannot be taught and so we look for people who are naturally empathic and helpful to ease the health issues faced by our clients and their family members.
